A consortium of two leading global companies, Siemens Power Transmission and Distribution, Inc. and Prysmian Group provided the engineering, procurement, and construction services for manufacturing and installation of the cable and construction of the converter stations and installation of station components.  Siemens currently provides operation and maintenance services for the converter stations under contract to Neptune.
